Some itineraries are easier to talk through

A search form handles one origin, one destination and two dates very well. Plenty of real trips are not shaped like that. This page covers the ones that are not, and what our booking desk can do with them.

Itineraries our desk handles every day

01

Multi-city and open-jaw

Fly into one city, out of another, with a surface segment in between. Priced as one itinerary rather than stitched-together one-ways, which usually changes what the bag and change rules are.

02

Mixed cabin

Business on the long haul, economy on the domestic connection. Search engines tend to price the whole trip at the highest cabin; we can split it.

03

Infants and unaccompanied minors

Lap infants, infant-in-seat and minor escort rules differ by carrier and by route. These need to be set up correctly at booking, not patched afterwards.

04

Parties splitting up

Six people out together, three back early, three back a week later. One reference, one payment, three different return dates.

05

Tight visa or transit constraints

Some connections are legal on paper but not for your passport. We can steer around transit points that will cause a problem at check-in.

06

Rebooking after a disruption

If we issued the ticket and the airline has cancelled on you, we work the re-accommodation. See disruptions for what the airline owes you.

What to have ready when you call

Name accuracy matters more than anything else on this list. Airlines charge for name corrections and some fares do not permit them at all. We read names back before we ticket for exactly this reason.

What happens once you accept a fare

  1. We re-price the itinerary against the airline while you are still on the line.
  2. You receive a payment link, or we take the card through our secure checkout. Card details are never taken by email.
  3. The airline issues ticket numbers, usually within minutes. Some fares queue for manual review first; we tell you if yours has.
  4. The itinerary and ticket numbers go to the email on the booking. Reference numbers on this site begin AFS.

No reservation is created by this form. An agent will review your request, contact you, and confirm pricing before any secure checkout.
