Tell us the route, or the reference

For anything time-critical — a flight today, a disruption in progress, a booking that has to be ticketed now — call. The form is better for everything that can wait a few hours, because you can give us the whole picture in one go.

Before you write

If your message is about an existing booking, include the reference. Ours begin with AFS. If your reference has a different prefix, the ticket was issued somewhere else and we will not be able to see it — this page explains what to do instead.
