An independent agency, and nothing more than that
AirFlightSearch is a US-based travel agency. We sell airline tickets. We are not an airline, we are not affiliated with any airline, and this is not an airline’s official website. Everything below is here so you know exactly who you are dealing with before you enter a card number.

What we actually do
We query live airline inventory, present the results, and issue tickets against them. The seat, the schedule, the aircraft, the bag rules and the fare conditions all belong to the operating airline. What we contribute is the search, the booking, the paperwork and someone to call afterwards.
How we make money
Two ways, both disclosed before you pay. Airlines and inventory partners pay us a commission on tickets we issue. On some itineraries we also add a service fee, which appears as a separate line in the price breakdown at checkout — not folded into the fare. If there is a fee on your booking you will see it before you confirm, not after.
What we do not do
- We do not operate flights or employ crew.
- We do not set fares, bag allowances or change rules — the airline does.
- We do not service tickets issued by other sellers. See booked somewhere else.
- We do not take card details by email, text or chat. Payment goes through the secure checkout only.
- We do not sell your contact details to third-party marketers. See the privacy notice.
How we present fares
Airline pricing carries a lot of conditions — cabin, fare brand, baggage, stop count, change rules — and most complaints about a booking trace back to one of them not being obvious at the point of choosing. So we show them on the result itself rather than behind a link, and we show the total for your party rather than a headline figure that grows at checkout.
Nothing on this site is designed to create urgency. There are no countdown timers, no invented scarcity and no fare that changes because you looked at it twice. If a price moves between your search and your payment, it is because airline inventory moved, and we will show you the new price before you pay.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] with your AFS reference and a description of what happened. We aim to acknowledge within one business day. If the issue concerns an airline’s conduct rather than ours, we will tell you plainly and point you at the right complaints route.
