Changing plans, cancelling, using a travel credit, or planning a multi-city or award trip on Qatar Airways? Call and talk it through with a travel agent.
AirFlightSearch is an independent travel agency, not Qatar Airways. We change and cancel tickets we issued. If you bought from Qatar Airways or another site, we can walk you through your options and book a new flight, but that ticket stays with its seller.
Search available routes online or contact AirFlightSearch when a change, cancellation, or rebooking question needs personal support.
Tell us what you need and a travel agent will call you back.
Change options depend on the fare rules and on who issued the ticket. Call with your confirmation handy and an agent will go through what is possible, including pricing a new Qatar Airways flight if that works out better.
We will go through the 24-hour rule, refund versus credit, and what a non-refundable fare still allows. Refunds on tickets we issued are handled by our desk directly.
If departure is close or has passed, move quickly: whoever issued the ticket controls same-day options on it, and we can book a replacement flight today if you need one.
Refund and credit value depends on the fare and on who issued the ticket. We service credits on tickets we issued and can explain how a credit held elsewhere is usually redeemed.
Qatar Airways change choices vary by ticket rules, route, timing, seat availability, and fare difference. AirFlightSearch can help you review the information before you decide how to proceed.
Refund eligibility can depend on the ticket type, payment method, timing, and itinerary conditions. Some travelers may receive a refund, while others may receive a travel credit or need to rebook.
If a flight was missed or departure is close, contact support quickly to review same-day rebooking, standby, or connection options that may still be available.
